Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden. Flint Cottage - a charming seaside escape

Escape to this charming two-bedroom Victorian cottage, only three minutes from the award-winning Littlehampton seafront. You'll have a private entrance onto a plant-filled courtyard dining area. There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with room for meals together. The lounge is perfect for cosy nights, with comfortable double bedrooms. Enjoy local water sports and great restaurants, or stroll to the train to explore Sussex, with direct links to Brighton and Chichester.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. This peaceful, seaside escape is perfectly located a 1 minute walk to the beautiful Rustington beach and a 10 minute walk to the village where you will find plenty of restaurants, craft micro-brewery, cocktail bar and shops including Waitrose and Tescos. The room is newly decorated with a private entrance, off-road parking and en-suite bathroom. We are on hand to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Sunny seaside cottage

The Chapel is a light-filled cottage in the heart of a seaside conservation area. You're just a 3-minute walk to Littlehampton beach, with seaside dining, watersports, tennis, golf, fairground and more. Train station with direct connections to London. Airy, open-plan living with two large bifold doors that open onto your own private south-facing courtyard. We are dog friendly but keep our furry guests to one dog per stay. Newly renovated.

The West Sussex Harbour Town, Littlehampton

The accommodation is on the middle floor of a recently built town house there is a shared hallway that serves the property, the middle floor is self contained and has all your amenities. The upper and lower floors are shared between myself and my lodger when we’re not away working. There is a mixture of free parking and paid parking as the house is in the centre of town. I’m afraid we can’t accept pets as some of our guests have allergies.
