This hillside apartment is in the heart of Silverlake, and is completely remodeled, and tastefully decorated in mid-century style. From the edge of the lush landscape, it has beautiful views of the Hollywood Sign, Observatory, Griffith Park, and the Silverlake Reservoir, and is facing West for lovely sunsets. Beautiful expansive grounds and a nice patio area for relaxing or BBQing. Note: this is the apartment on the ground floor, not the main house and does not have a balcony, but has a patio.

Be one of the first guests to stay in a newly renovated 900 sq ft 1 bed apartment. Except for the art, everything is brand new! This apt is located 10 min (literally a straight drive down 1 street) to DTLA. You can also walk for 10-15 min to the Indiana Stop & take the subway to DTLA. Great location if you need easy access to Downtown LA and the subway. We are located in Boyle Heights, LA next to Entity Mag HQ. Pls be respectful of our neighbors & other tenants. This is not a party house.
