This hillside apartment is in the heart of Silverlake, and is completely remodeled, and tastefully decorated in mid-century style. From the edge of the lush landscape, it has beautiful views of the Hollywood Sign, Observatory, Griffith Park, and the Silverlake Reservoir, and is facing West for lovely sunsets. Beautiful expansive grounds and a nice patio area for relaxing or BBQing. Note: this is the apartment on the ground floor, not the main house and does not have a balcony, but has a patio.

This beautiful apartment is safely located right in the center of the buzzing Silverlake area; one of the most thriving and peaceful areas in Los Angeles that sits in the middle of West Hollywood, Downtown and Highland park. Enjoy stunning views of the Silverlake Reservoir and Downtown LA, 5 min walks to the park, reservoir lake, and a high rated foodie community in town that includes restaurants, markets and bars. We are right next to the Swan stairs; a popular local trail for sightseeing.

Artistic 800 sq ft Duplex 10 Min Drive 2 DTLA

Be one of the first guests to stay in a newly renovated 900 sq ft 1 bed apartment. Except for the art, everything is brand new! This apt is located 10 min (literally a straight drive down 1 street) to DTLA. You can also walk for 10-15 min to the Indiana Stop & take the subway to DTLA. Great location if you need easy access to Downtown LA and the subway. We are located in Boyle Heights, LA next to Entity Mag HQ. Pls be respectful of our neighbors & other tenants. This is not a party house.

In most cities, space is a premium. We took that philosophy to heart when designing this 1BR apt just a ten minute drive from Downtown LA. Coming off a fresh remodel, we made use of every square inch of space in this mid century modern 2nd floor apartment. Nestled in the hilly, City Terrace neighborhood east of DTLA, located in a safe and well-lit apt building just minutes away from major sights. Convenience would be an understatement! Street Parking only, beware of parking enforcement!
