Enjoy the proximity to The Pasadena Ski and Nature Park, beaches, multiple nature trails, the best ski hill in Atlantic Canada, plenty of wildlife and then skidoo right out of the driveway onto the main trails to ride for days. The setting is warm and cozy, light and airy. You'll feel at home in this peaceful, separate ground-floor apartment. With a queen bed, plus a pull-out, apartment-sized couch in the main space, you'll rest comfortably between adventures.

We are situated on a quiet street, minutes walk or drive to parks, trails, restaurants and pubs. Our location is an easy drive in and out of Corner Brook. We would love for you to stay whether it is for a shopping trip, a getaway to ski, snowmobile, hike, doctor's appointment or short stay work arrangement. This unit is a private apartment in the lower level of my home. There is some noise transfer between the dwellings. There are a number of stairs to the unit. The unit has a washer and dryer. Parking in driveway is available. There is an EV charger for conditional use. Weekly and monthly discounts available.
