A vacation house furnished decorated 1 large master bedroom down stairs and full bathroom.2 bedrooms 1 full size bed upstairs & 2 twin size beds upstairs with a full bathroom bathroom .1 well stocked & equipped kitchen 1 large spacious combined living and a dining room with fireplace and large screened TV.A beautiful outdoor deck that sits 6 people for dining outside 1 screened in porch with a beautiful large patio with a barbecue & fire pit woods view, 10 minute drive to the Lake.

Geodesic Dome in the Wooods

A great daylight space nested on the edge of the woods. Be close to nature but also close to our house for modern convinces in our house. Please note this space is unplugged, it has no electricity, heat or air conditioning. There is a full bathrooms for your use in our basement, 125 feet away. Also, you are in the woods and spiders can get in the dome. We also have our Tiny house for you to stay in if the weather is too cold. The Tiny house has power and some heat. See last 3 pictures.

Well equipped with all the amenities; from a fully stocked kitchen to bath salts for the deep soaking tub. One bedroom w/ en-suite bath & pull-out full size sofa bed. Just 30 min to Mohawk or Southington Ski Mountains. Just 10 min to downtown Litchfield, close to local farms & vineyards. For security we have two exterior cameras facing the door & driveway.

Hidden gem. Large combined living room/bedroom apt with separate kitchen and balcony. Private entrance. This is 1 unit in a 3 family house. 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, Warner Theatre and Nutmeg Ballet. Shared huge garden, with Koi pond and pergola. Parking in the driveway for 1 car (possibly more, message for details). WiFi and Smart TV with some local channels (no cable). 45 minutes to Bradley Airport, 2 hours to NYC, 20 minutes to ski slopes.

The area is a prime location, as it offers some of the most stunning and scenic hikes & drives in the country. Only a 10 minute drive from Kent, New Milford or Pawling.

3 bedroom house on a quiet street. 5mins down the road from ESPN and Lake Compounce. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. Workspace available. 1 bedroom w/ king bed. 1 bedroom w/ queen bed. 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds. Fully finished basement with 60inch TV, kids toys and fitness equipment/stationary bike. Deck and below deck hang out space. Though we aren’t living here full time, it’s still the place we call home, and we will use it when it’s not booked. Long stays welcome.

Litchfield County Farmhouse with a Modern Twist

Litchfield County farmhouse (c.1890) with a modern studio addition and distinctive interiors that feature a number of mid-century modern furnishings. The owners are a writer and an architect who have built a truly unique home full of original art and a large book collection. The property itself is small but it is surrounded by 250 acres of farmed conservation land and a short walk will take you past some of the most scenic farms in Litchfield County.

An enjoyable, easy 10 minute walk to the town center for shops & restaurants. A Craftsman Style home, it is casual & comfortable. Though private, we have neighbors that border our property. Guests best suited to our home would be small families or 2 or 3 couples looking for a very quiet small town getaway or a place to call home for a special event in the area. Please note 2 night minimum required and property to be used only by registered guests.
