Surrounded by rolling fields & open skies, this spacious, dog friendly cottage is the perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds, coastal towns & everything in between. With a blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Sleeping 2 people, with enclosed outdoor space to enjoy a morning cuppa, The Sheep Shed is the perfect choice.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

West End Farmhouse

West End Farmhouse is a luxury holiday cottage tucked away in the picturesque coastal village of Ulrome. It offers a quiet rural break away from busy day-to-day life or a cosy base camp for adventurous families. Built in the 1700's West End Farmhouse is a character filled cottage complimented by modern technology. Go on bike rides, hiking or even fishing at our pond. Enjoy family barbecues in the sun Whatever you choose to do during your stay at West End Farmhouse, you will leave with a smile.

Greystones Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful seaside cottage in the village of Barmston. Wonderfully located with sandy beach walks and countryside right on your doorstep. This well equipped and comfortable cosy cottage has a wood burning stove, Wifi and smart TV and is tastefully furnished with comfy beds to ensure your stay is relaxing and refreshing. Within walking distance is a dog friendly pub with many other pubs, restaurants and an array of attractions and activities within a short drive.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

Dingle Dell at Riverbank Farm

Enjoy your own country estate! Set in almost 200 acres, Dingle Dell gives luxury accommodation for 12 guests; perfect for families, friends, or couples. Relax in the large hot tub, take a Sunday walk to the local pubs or a 5 minute drive to the coast. Pet friendly for up to 3 dogs, 3 of the bedrooms are accessible (ground floor), enclosed private garden and “The Dog House”, a private games room / snug. Plus in April to October self-drive off-road around the farm in a Classic Land Rover!

Old Masters Cottage- East Yorkshire - sleeps 8

Old Masters Cottage is a 5* holiday cottage (see tripadvisor) which is steeped in history with the main part of the cottage dating back to the late 1800's next to the Old School House restaurant on the edge of the village. The cottage stands on the old boys school site and has many stories from the locals. The cottage has recently been subject to recent renovations and is now a much loved and beautifully presented holiday home, which can sleep up to 8 very comfortably in 4 bedrooms.

Surrounded with interesting local walks and Cycle routes. Nearby golf course. Relaxing home like environment. On site shop, bar/ restaurant (April - October) Outdoor heated pool in the summer. Children’s play area and indoor arcade. Perfect location away from the stresses of town but within easy reach of the local sea side towns.
