The Grouse is located just South of Whitney Point, New York. It is a short drive from many popular places, such as wedding venues, colleges, golf courses, breweries/wineries and numerous recreational venues. If you are just looking for a weekend of solitude, come enjoy all the Grouse has to offer!

"Wilma" - Riverfront Cabin

This recently improved riverfront cabin, has a style all its own. Open entertainment space extends on to the 40 ft long deck. The many windows and doors allow nature in, complementing the locally sourced live edge countertops in the kitchen. Beautiful views are seen of the lush landscaping, river and distant mountain, from every room. The kitchen offers all ammenities, such as a dishwasher, large french door style refrigerator, and a ton of storage along with ample countertops.

Private Scenic Retreat

The entire place is yours to enjoy! Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

The position of the cabin is ideal for Sunrises and Sunsets that brighten the sky. State Game Lands 1/2 mile away. Also wine trails and waterfalls around an hour away. 20 minutes to Binghamton area, 30 minutes to a casino, 45 minutes to Ithaca

Turtle Pond Cottage

Turtle Pond Cottage is a tranquil retreat for you to pause and unwind. With a cozy wood stove and simple furnishings, it's all you need feel at home. Relax, read, meditate, enjoy the meadow walk, and stargaze. It's about 28 miles to Ithaca, an hour to Syracuse, half an hour to Binghamton, so plenty to explore in the region. Please take note that the cottage has a full, not queen sized bed and is not air conditioned! LGBTQ welcoming!

Fieldcrest Cottage

Enjoy our family friendly cottage sleeps 12, with two bedrooms that each have a queen bed and 2 sets of single bunk beds. Located just a few miles from town, our cottage is on a quiet road. It features an open living/dining room and kitchen area. The large covered deck with a ceiling fan and rocking chairs allows you plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the scenic views of our 60 acre property of woods and farmland.

A quiet getaway to immerse yourself in nature.

Not your daddy’s barn. This bar(n) is professionally designed with modern flair, beautiful furniture, a hot tub, WFH setup, campfire, and pizza oven. What more could you want? Under 15 minutes to downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Ithaca College. Level 2 EV charger with NACS (Tesla) and J1772. Dogs welcome (when added to reservation)- sorry no cats or other pets.

Seymour Station

Reserve both units (Sunflower Suite & Barn Loft) together and save! Our B&B is located on the second floor of a converted carriage house and barn adjacent to our family's home.
