I stayed at this property when doing the Belfast marathon. The couple hosting couldn't have been more helpful in the lead up to my trip and gave a very helpful check-in process on arrival. The accommodation itself was clean and had everything I needed on hand. Lots of nice little touches. They really made me feel at home and were full of advice on the local area, the marathon itself, other things to do and getting around. Location very convenient for those travelling into Belfast City Airport. Would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Gordon’s flat. Everything was just as described and more. There was cereal, bread, coffee, tea and milk as well. The accommodation was so lovely, clean and comfortable. The location was amazing, so walkable and right near the beautiful botanic gardens. Highly recommend this lovely place.

we were so happy with our stay at Garvins; it felt like a home away from home! the set up was awesome, such a cool home and location and filled with so much character and personality! the location is great, walkable to a lot of bars & restaurants. Loved this place so much I extended my stay by a couple of weeks. Host is very responsive and was able to accommodate an early check and a late check out. The home is very well provisioned with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is very spacious and bright, with some beautiful architectural details. It was a joy to stay in this heritage home.

Really great experience staying at Chris' s place, he was helpful and clear in instructions and the place was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed.

A great place to stay in Belfast. A short walk just across the river brings you to all the downtown shops/restaurants, but you're far enough away to not hear the night-time noise. Another short walk just to the north takes you to the Titanic museum. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Me and my dad have had an absolute 10/10 experience in Belfast. Instructions to the key lock were sent to us promtly and were easy to follow. We accidentally turned up a couple of hours early so Éamon was still cleaning the property, he was understanding and welcomed us to Belfast. He allowed us to drop our bags off and gave us some recommendations for the weekend, he was overall extremely friendly! The house was spotless, super comfy beds, all the amenities youd need (towels, iron, hair dryer, salt and pepper, monopoly...) To top it off, there is a lovely bar overlooking the river about 100m away. Highly, highly recommend!!

Absolutely perfect ! Really lovely place in the center of Belfast ! Plenty of room for parking. Property was beautiful and matched the pictures and description. Stuart was really easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again !

Delightful Airbnb! We stayed with our three children while visiting for a family wedding. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed. It also had fantastic shower pressure (which is always a dream!).

We had a great stay , the house was just perfect for us working away . Fresh decor , nice furnishings comfortable beds , everything we needed was in the house , and parking outside .

John was an incredibly attentive host and checked in to make sure we had settled in okay. There were lots of places near by for food and drinks. The only thing we found was a smell of weed which lingered in the house, which was of no fault of the host as it was unfortunately coming from outside the property. Aside from this we have a great stay at this air BnB

Upon arrival after a long day of exploring and driving, we were very happy to get to the place and follow the clear and easy instructions to get inside. The place was free of clutter, which made our entry super easy with all of our luggage. It is 3 stories with the bathroom on the second floor. My kiddos loved the separation of the bedrooms and bathroom away from the main living spaces. This place made a nice little hub for us to explore nearby places along the northern coast and in between. It is also close to a lot of things to do in Belfast. We never had a problem finding parking, but the street parking can be a little tight. Seems like lots of people live in this area, but for the most part it is a pretty quiet street, which was great after an exhausting day of having fun.

We booked this place last minute, and it couldn’t have worked out better! The host was super accommodating and made the check-in process easy and stress-free. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed.

Amazing host that made our stay sensational. Location could not have been better even for practical things like the Lidl grocery store close by. Mr. Clean should be the name of the host and his cleaners. Top notch. Having the two bathrooms was fantastice for four of us. We visited the Titanic Museum (fabulous), City Hall with so much local history, Game of Thrones was a highlight for the two grands and one mother, all fans. If there was a higher score I could give it. We could not have been happier. Trust this review, you will be completely blessed by this wonderufl place and great host.

Lovely two night stay in Belfast City Centre. Everything we wanted to do was accessible on foot ….. shopping, restaurants, bars etc. Easy parking and great instructions from Paul … would definitely stay again

The apartment is perfectly located 5 mins from the square we walked! The apartment block is not what it seems from the outside the apartment was beautiful inside and very clean the only problem we had was the shower was not working properly but everything else was perfect

From when I first found Stuart’s home he was so patient with my barrage of question giving timely and thorough answers. When we arrived it was perfect. Clean, welcoming and great temperature. He had even left a welcome ‘basket’ for us. Just perfect! What a lovely touch . We walked into centre every day, only a 25 minute walk, but there is a bus from outside the door and a train about a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself is so cosy. Wonderfully clean. The water pressure is amazing and no running out of hot water. The towels were fluffy and thick. We used the washer / dryer and it was perfect. (I brought my own soap) Stuart had left a house ‘manual’ which had lots of great info. Lovely 😻 My friend slept in the bed and I, the sofa bed, no issues there. Very comfortable. I loved the fact that Stuart and Elaine are sustainable. Rubbish separated etc - great touch. If you’re looking for somewhere in Belfast, stay here!! I hope to visit again - thank you so much. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tony was very good at communicating before and during my stay here. Location was ideal as just a short walk into the city and a small Tesco next door.
