Quarto Pirica, stunning suite on Sintra mountain

Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Localizada na Avenida 5 de Outubro nº 95, junto ao Saldanha, Campo Pequeno e Jardins da Gulbenkian, esta pequena Suite(quarto e casa de banho com chuveiro) tem acesso desde as escadas do prédio. Apesar de pequena, a Suite dispõe de todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável, segura e central. A casa de banho decorada em tons dourado é estupenda. Está à 150m de 3 estações de metro(Saldanha, campo pequeno e república) e rodeado de alguns dos melhores restaurantes da cidade.

The bedroom is spacious for 2 guests and has direct access to a full bathroom without the use of any stairs/steps. Private Garden Area

The Skysuite is a unique and private studio / loft space. The property benefits from stunning views and a private 50m2 roof terrace , complete with retractable shade. It has its own private entrance off of a communal lift servicing the top floor of an apartment building. Centrally located in Carcavelos, the Skysuite offers 180 degree views of the sea and Caparica Coast line. Furnished with a double bed and sofa , amenities include a kitchenette and dedicated cardio and workspace areas.

Wooden "Chalé"

Dear guests, I have the pleasure to host you in this beautiful nordic pine Chalé. Hidden away from the street in the rear garden, access is through the inside of the first floor apartment then back down to ground level by the outdoor stairs. To access the yard where the chalet is located, they pass through my apartment on the first floor and go down about 10 steps. The Chalé is fitted with a bathroom and kitchenette so you can be autonomous and there is also an outdoor space in front.

The Garden House is a cosy and secluded studio apartment for two people that overlooks our lush garden and is the ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Quinta na Esquina used to be a vacation home and then an event center for many years. Today it is our family's home. In addition to renovating the home, we've spent the past few years slowly but surely converting the land to a productive family farm. We are a quick ten minute drive to the historic center of Sintra and about a fifteen minute drive to popular beaches such Praia Grande, Praia das Maçãs, and Praia do Magoito.
