Na parte inferior, tem ainda wc com amplo duche e um solarengo pátio, com uma fonte e mesa de refeições. No primeiro andar, encontra-se uma zona de estar com cama individual, dois quartos de casal e uma varanda fechada com vista de mar. Remodelada em 2020, equipada com wi-fi, tv cabo, electrodomésticos, toalhas e roupa de cama.
