A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

A bright and spacious duplex, thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the modern comforts. Ideally located in the heart of the city, the Blue Loft is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Bologna. Its central location, with private parking and just outside the ZTL, makes it a great base to discover the region. It is managed by Christian, an experienced host, and his partner Beatrice, an architect & volunteer Airbnb Community Leader, who also oversaw the interior design.

Una camera con letto singolo ed un divano letto. Cucina abitabile attrezzata, sala da pranzo, salotto.Piano inferiore home video, ping pong, biliardino, palestra , lavanderia, terzo bagno. L'appuntamento si trova in centro città. Parcheggio pubblico e privato nelle immediate vicinanze.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.
