Fantastica villa con piscina privata -Il Palmento

É una villa siciliana che incorpora un antico palmento ristrutturato. Vi è un grande salone con diversi divani, caminetto, TV e un lunghissimo tavolo da pranzo. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata. Ci sono diverse terrazze, un patio con tavoli, sedie e BBQ. Il giardino è ben curato, una grande piscina con tanti lettini. Parco giochi attrezzato per i bambini. Choose our location if you wish to bathe by the sea (100 meters away) or relax by the garden when you are back at home. A brand new Jacuzzi swim spa is available for our guests, along with a sauna and a cold plunge. The house is accessible by car, offers private parking, 3 rooms with en suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry.

Palmento San Nicolò

Nestled on a quiet country road in the heart of a vineyard planted on Monte San Nicolo, the accommodation includes 2 buildings, a Palmento from 1902 which houses the wine press and its outbuilding which was once used as a tool shed. The two spaces are united by a corten structure with a slatted roof, which provides a shady open plan kitchen and dining area next to a terrace and 4m x 7m salt water swimming pool, built in lava stone, recreating the the colours of the Etna coastline
