This private waterfront apartment has everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway. Step out onto the small deck to sip your morning coffee or watch the sun dip below the horizon. The apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay.

1st floor (ground floor) 2 bed, 2 bath condo in a fantastic location, beautiful relaxing & spacious home for you to enjoy. Please note: we do not usually accept cancellations once a booking is made, Recent repaint, new flooring, blinds and furniture upgrades. Closed several months a year & rentals only available about twenty weeks per year. Bookings are for adults only, so regretfully we cannot accept children, and please no animals & no smokers. Bedding, linens & towels renewed regularly.

This bright, corner unit condo features a private entrance and easy ground-floor access. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, full bathroom with tub/shower, and a cozy seating area with a smart TV. There is an additional pullout sofa that is suitable for an adult or 2 children, not quite a full-sized pullout but bigger than a twin bed. The convenient kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, standard drip coffee maker (basket filters needed), and basic dishware for light cooking.
