There is just something special about an A-Frame and we are delighted to share ours with you! Come calm your soul in the peace and comfort of a home away from home nestled in the Flint Hills of Kansas. Located on the east side of Tuttle Creek Lake and next to Carnahan Creek Recreation Area. An awesome get away for families, friends and couples. Manhattan is a 20 min drive for city fun. We can accommodate up to 8 people upon request for an additional $20.00 per head per night.

Now to accompany our "barn style cottage"on the same property and all the same amenities and views of the great outdoors.You will fall in love with this spacious cabin from the first step you take into it ,with its high ceiling and three seperate sleeping areas.It comes with all the amenities of home with a great cabin feel.No pets allowed in the cabin but Ask us about boarding your dog in our climate controlled kennel on the property just a short distance from the cabin.

Lake View Lodge Retreat. This stunning 180 degree lake view home is located on a ridge at Tuttle Creek overlooking the lake and beautiful rolling flint hills. It's lodge decor including fine leather furniture, antler lamps and an enormous Buffalo mount give it a warm atmosphere. It is only a 10 minute drive to Kansas State University. This cozy retreat is a perfect space for game weekends, couples get away, business/church retreats, or a family vacation.

Konza Cabin

A unique lodging and agricultural experience located in the Flint Hills. Enjoy 100 acres of farm life by viewing the cows and our ranch operations, feed the horses, hike the hills, sit by the pond and enjoy the wildlife year round. The Konza Cabin was featured on the FYI Network series, "You Can't Turn That Into A House", 2 grain bins were made into a unique space, with glass walls connecting the grain bins - feeling one with nature.

Take it easy at this unique and peaceful getaway. This cabin is nestled in a friendly lake community. The Cabin is just 25 minutes down the road from Manhattan, KS and Kansas State University. It offers a beautiful view of Baldwin Cove on Tuttle Creek Lake. With quiet surroundings, a golf course and dock access to Tuttle Creek Lake just minutes away, it’s ideal for an active weekend or a secluded oasis.

Come enjoy Frankfort’s finest in a comfortable, private space with enough room for the whole family. Frankfort is a quiet getaway to experience the small town feel of Kansas. Whether you’re traveling through or want to escape city life for a bit, Mary Ann’s guesthouse is available for you. Mulberry Farm Cottage on Mill Creek

Make some memories at Mulberry Farm, a fully renovated country farmhouse. Large yard with a cozy swing in the mulberry tree overlooked by the sunny patio. The location just off I-70 means it is close to Topeka (20 minutes) and Manhattan (less than 30 minutes). Also close to St. Mary's (20 minutes) and Maple Hill (5-8 minutes). Convenient level 2 electric vehicle 50amp charger.

Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment Overlooking Historic Downtown Seneca. Located above Sweet Pea's Bakery. Has a very spacious living room, with a sectional couch. With a smart TV, enjoy Netflix(please use the guest log in). There is also a DVD player and a few movies to enjoy. The Grocery store, bar, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. We offer free Kerig Coffee.
