Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Αre you looking to spend safe vacation. Here you can have the whole house for you. Away from noisy and crouded places which can be dangerous for yoy and your family. It is about 55 square meters, and the distanse from he nearby village XIROPIGADO is 1,5 km. The house has a living room , its own kitchen , separate bathroom , and a bedroom. The house is placed in a very quiet placeand it is perfect for people that are looking for calm private and relaxing vacations .

The second has one more bedroom, which also opens onto its own small courtyard. Both levels have a wc with shower. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase. Large sliding windows, terraces protected from the sun and wind. An ideal home all year round, where guests can enjoy the beauty of each season.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
