My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Guests can enjoy the peace of the private, walled garden, which hosts fruit trees, fragrant herbs, and beautiful potted plants, and swim in the pretty pool that is shared with the main house. The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

1865 Traditional Spetsiot House

In the Kounoupitsa area a stone warehouse and wine barrel workshop of 1865 was transformed many years ago into two country houses of a brother and sister. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with an excellent microclimate, one of the coolest on the island.
