Character Villa with Private Garden and Pool

Perfect for couples or families with older children looking for a quiet and romantic stay. Guests can enjoy the peace of the private, walled garden, which hosts fruit trees, fragrant herbs, and beautiful potted plants, and swim in the pretty pool that is shared with the main house. The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

Summer house in Spetses is 105 sqm house located in the picturesque area of Kounoupitsa, situated about 700 m from the town center (port) and 150 m from the sea. It has been recently renovated to offer all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
