Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο, στην παραθαλάσσια περιοχή της Λυχναφτιας. Το σπίτι αυτό αποτελεί ιδανική επιλογή για όσους αναζητούν άνεση και ξέγνοιαστες στιγμές δίπλα στην φύση. Στους ανακαινισμένους ,το 2021, χώρους του μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 5 άτομα παρέχοντας δυο υπνοδωμάτια με κουζίνα, καθιστικό και δυο μπάνια. Διαθέτει μεγάλους υπαίθριους χώρους με καθιστικά και τραπεζαρία, καθώς και αυτόνομο βοηθητικό χώρο πλυντηρίου. Η απόσταση από την υπέροχη παραλία είναι μόλις 50μ.

Το στούντιο είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο οίκημα που βρίσκεται σε ένα κτήμα περιστοιχισμένο από δένδρα και λουλούδια. Η θέα προς Μύκονο, Δήλο και άλλα Αιγαιοπελαγίτικα Νησιά είναι μοναδική. Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.

The house is 90 sqm for 4 guests and renovated in 2006 – 2008 with respect to all architectural elements. Consists of two bedrooms ( with traditional built double beds),bath with shower,living room with traditional built in corner sofa,fireplace,Kitchen and Big veranda 70 sqm. with panoramic view cyclades islands.

We have a new house and we are so happy. Unfortunately we will not be able to go there all the time (which we would love of course). That's why we offer it here. The house is located in the Lichnaftia valley, beautifully hidden between mountain and see, 200 meters from the beach. Cozy with natural rough garden and terraces. Ideal place to relax, swim and walk.
