Our luxury Shepherd hut is brand new for 2023 and is nestled in its own private walled garden. It once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Sit back and relax in your very own garden which is approximately 1 arce! You are surrounded by a private wall, woodland and nature. Sit with a glass of wine or a cooled beer and take in the breath taking views of the rolling fields, trees, animals and the roaches.

Coffee, Located a short distance from Bakewell/Matlock in the village of Birchover. checkin 3pm checkout 10am. We love dogs but do not allow to be left unattended or on our bedding. A cosy space ideal for exploring the Peak District.

The house comfortably sleeps 6 and 7 at a push. Lots of space to chill out including a private garden for some fresh air. There's a large fully equipped Kitchen, a spacious dining area and a lounge to relax. There are 2 bedrooms including a triple bed and a huge luxurious bathroom with a stand alone bath and separate shower.

Doveridge has a lovely country pub within walking distance which serves food. Set within the heart of a Derbyshire Dales village but less than 3 miles away from the bars, eateries, shops and amenities of Uttoxeter. We are close to the A50 and A38 providing easy links to major motorways.

Little Elm is set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and has a large private and secure enclosed garden with seating. First floor lounge with oak floorboards and uninterrupted country views. Ground floor wet room with slip resistant tiles and Infra red sauna. Large ground floor bedroom with fitted wardrobe. We provide a light breakfast. The kitchen has toaster, kettle ,microwave, double electric hob and fridge Cooked breakfast by prior arrangement.

The Marsh - Self Contained annex

This is a modern, self-contained annex in a quiet rural location, with your own front door. Downstairs is spacious with a private bathroom and over bath shower, generous kitchen with basic food provisions and utensils and living space with TV. The light and airy double bedroom upstairs provides stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Home from home cottage

Our cosy home from home cottage is based in Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove. We are located on a main road with adjacent off road parking (if available). Nearby we have 2 supermarkets, 2 pubs and the Bromsgrove train station. There is also a lovely children's park, outdoor gym and cricket pitch opposite. We have both the M5 and M42 with easy access to the NEC, airport, Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Malverns to name a few.

17th century cottage in Matlock

A very old stone cottage but newly renovated inside. The cottage was my home, my children were all brought up there. I now live in a barn at the top of the driveway which we tried to build in as energy saving way as we could. During the cottage renovation we have tried to make the space as 'green' as possible.
