‘Round the Bend Farm - private, modern cabin

Our newly built, modern cabin offers a secluded and relaxing retreat in Union, Maine. With the high ceilings, open floor plan, and many windows, guests are surrounded by natural light and forest views. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and an outdoor grill and fire pit. Walking trails connect the cabin to our farm next door, where you can visit with our horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, and ducks. We are just 25 minutes from the Midcoast's shops, restaurants, and beaches.

The cabin offers a full kitchen and 3 queen beds! It sits high up on the peak of Coon Mountain, 20 miles from Camden and Belfast in Mid-coast Maine. Facing east, it provides dramatic sun rises over the nearby mountains. This hand-crafted whimsical cabin provides a home base for exploring this endlessly interesting region. Right out the door is a trail down to the valley with marshes and ponds to explore. 2 miles away is the spring fed Lake St. George, with incredibly clean and clear water.

Lazy Days Cozy Camp

A quaint little riverside camp on a section of St. George Lake in Liberty, Maine. The camp has a charming kitchen with big kitchen attitude(no dishwasher) with dining area, and a connected living room. The screened porch allows for a bug free, outdoor feel for coffee in the morning, a place to read a book or lounge. This camp sleeps 4 people comfortably in two bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room for one other. There are three kayaks(one being a double kayak) available to use.

The Pearl of Lake Saint George

Enjoy this beautiful lakefront cottage on pristine Lake St. George with amazing sunrises. The home is year round and heated. Less than a mile from Lake St. George Brewing Company, John’s Ice Cream, and Lori’s Café, the state park and boat launch is also less than three miles away. First floor has 1 bedroom (queen bed), a full bathroom, full kitchen with all essentials, and utility room with a washer and a dryer. The second floor has a half bath and three bedrooms (king, and two queen beds).

Peaceful Lakeside Getaway with Hot Tub!

Enjoy our fully renovated, lakeside, four season retreat. During the summer spend time fishing, kayaking, swimming, lounging in the hammock and then escape the heat inside the fully air conditioned house! In any season, unwind in the lakeside hot tub, take in every gorgeous sunset and dark starry night or gather around the campfire. The winter months bring snow shoeing, ice fishing, snuggling up in the living room playing games or watching a movie fireside. There is something for everyone!

Lake St. George, Liberty Maine, Private Shorefront

Once you’ve stayed at our classic camp in Liberty, Maine, you’ll want to make it a yearly tradition! With over 200’ of private shorefront on beautiful Lake St. George, you can welcome the day with the sunrise and a cup of coffee. Swimming or just relaxing are surely some pastimes you’ll want to include, but if you want to go for a paddle on the lake, there are kayaks, a paddle board, and a pedal boat available. Smart TV, Wifi are here. You can also sit by the fire pit and enjoy the view.

This unique place has a style all its own. No, he didn’t sleep here, Washington that is, but now you can. Our one-hundred-acre farm is located in the small rural village of Washington. It is located just 2/10 of a mile from the village center where the general store, library and town offices are located. Easy commute east to the coast and the must-see towns of Rockland, Rockport and Camden or west to our capitol, Augusta. One hour and forty minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia national park.

SILVER MOON, a Yurt for All Seasons

Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Begin your day soaking in the outdoor tub as morning mist drifts up from the valley below, or gather around the granite fire pit in the evening while grilling under the open sky. Designed with sustainability in mind, the retreat runs on solar power backed by a quiet propane generator to ensure a worry-free stay even on cloudy days.

Listen to the loons call from this lakefront studio guest cottage on the shores of Lake St. George, one of the last pristine lakes in Maine. Enjoy amazing fishing year round, kayaking and swimming. Leaf peepers, don't miss the vibrant colors on the lake. The cottage is heated year round. Conveniently located in the Midcoast Region close to Belfast, Lincolnville, Camden, Rockport and a quick 1.5 hour trip to Bar Harbor, home of Acadia National Park and Cadillac Mountain.
