THE COURTRIGHT MOTEL 🌞 We have curated this eclectic space in this historic building on the St Clair River with mid-century furnishings, world class sunsets and access to the river steps away. This fully separate apartment has a comfortable bedroom, a full living room, complete kitchen and dining area and full bath. We also have a pull out couch and extra linens. Our space is great for people who enjoy fishing off the dock, biking or walking (access to 35km trail out front) or relaxing. 😎

Our historic building sits at the "top of the hill", 1/4 mile north of downtown St. Clair. The building dates back to 1863 and we have converted all 4 units into vacation rentals. This apartment is very spacious at 1,100 square feet and has all you need for a comfortable stay. You have an easy walk into St. Clair to enjoy the boardwalk, the plaza or the newly remodeled St. Clair Inn. The unit also has a private deck with a nice view of the river to see those freighters / boats passing by.

Our historic apartment located in Central Downtown Richmond is a perfect stay for all occasions. Built in the 1800s this space has so much character and history. Decorated in retro vintage/ boho decor you’ll feel nostalgic and at peace while being here.
