You are close to KP Hole Park where you can rent paddle boards canoes or tubes. Take the golf cart and ride to our home from the river park! Heart of Suwannee - Large Canal Front Home

Large beautiful canal front home with floating dock. 5 minute boat ride to the Suwannee river and 15 minutes to the gulf. Over 1700 sqft of living space with 3 bedrooms all with King Size Beds. Large living room with multiple sofas. Spacious fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful canal views from your dual upstairs and downstairs patios. Ample parking in front of the house for at least 4 cars, can also accommodate boat trailers. Washer and Dryer on first floor. FYI there are stairs to climb.

Serenity Acres

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A total of 10 acres of rural beauty, filled with much quiet and teaming with wildlife. A morning cup of coffee on the porch could include encounters with anything from deer to turkeys with cries of hawks as a backdrop. Sit on the screened patio at night and listen for the owls and whippoorwill. On a clear night, the sky is amazing! A place of respite and restoration. Home is ADA compliant, ramp to single step into front door upon request.

River Retreats Escape/Angler’s Paradise

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

Suwannee River Retreat

Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the historic Suwannee River. Get away from it all. Easy access to Fanning Springs (1.5 miles up river) and Manatee Springs (7 miles down river). Bring a boat, or two 2-person kayaks available for use. Great views from the deck and dock that overhangs the river. Very peaceful. Please note this is a rural area, it's wooded and can be dark. Get unplugged for a few days and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Suwannee River.

Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 family getaway or work retreat on the a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature but minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

Loads of original features retained in this 1900's beauty. We rehabbed with love so you can feel nostalgic delight during your stay. Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.
