Samuel provides a beautiful home perfect for a trip to PR. Check in and check out was so easy and stress free. Even our ubers loved the home from the outside. The pool hours although they seemed unfair at first we really didn’t even want to be there past 6pm so it all worked out !!

Definitely recommend staying here! We were really impressed by the amount of amenities available! Everything you need and usually need to buy was provided. The bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had different seasonings, an ice machine and an air fryer, on top of the usual oven and microwave. There was a washer and dryer! We even used their beach chairs and umbrellas instead of having to rent them. Overall the place was super cozy and relaxing. You can see the time and effort that was put into the home.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at Nelida’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The pool made it even more special. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. They even kept in touch throughout to make sure we had gotten there safe and that everything was ok. The location was perfect for the relaxing getaway for our friend group, with easy access to our planned event. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Carolina, Puerto Rico! The neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful, and felt completely safe we had no issues at all. The house was perfect for our family. The backyard pool was a great size, perfect for everyone to relax and have a good time. There was even a grill and plenty of seating to enjoy meals outside. Inside, the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was huge and well-stocked, including an ice maker in the fridge. The dining room had a beautiful table perfect for family meals. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedrooms were huge. The bathroom was very clean, which we really appreciated. Another big plus was the driveway and garage it felt great knowing we had a secure place to park. Overall, the entire experience was 10/10. The hosts were amazing they responded quickly to any questions we had and made everything super easy. I definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Puerto Rico!

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

Glenda was extremely responsive, she allowed early check in which was amazing. She assured to follow up when needed and everything was as expected. Property is clean and beautiful, apartment felt like a single family home. Neighbor was friendly and especially while being on vacation and forgetting things in the washer/dryer, when they needed it, they would throw our stuff in the dryer for us or take out and neatly set aside. I thought that was really nice of them. I have no complaints and would love to rent from Glenda one day soon again. Have no complaints what so ever and would come back 1000 times again. Great location, close to a lot and not far from most tourist areas. 10/10 recommend.

This place was beautiful and unique. Different than anyplace we have ever stayed. The location was great. Parking as stated is very limited I would say that is the only down side. Not a far walk to parking garages. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our host was very responsive and sweet.

Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

El apartamento estaba ordenado, muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia, excelente ubicación para trasladarse a muchos lugares, fue una experiencia como si estuvieramos en casa. Jorge muy atento y respondía a la brevedad. Definitivamente elegiríamos volver a reservar en ese apartamento. Mil gracias Jorge, pura vida!

We highly recommend a stay at Hacienda we Azucena! From the moment we stepped onto the property we felt like we were transported into our own private, tropical paradise! It was like having a resort all to ourselves! The home was very well maintained, and the grounds absolutely pristine. We enjoyed countless hours in the pool and hot tub, as well as star gazing each night. As soon as the sun would go down, the rainforest came alive and we were immersed in all the wonderful sounds of nature. There were a couple hiccups during our stay, which is to be expected, since it is a home in the middle of the rainforest, but Carmen and Jamie were immediately responsive, and had the issues taken care of very quickly! I cannot recommend this property enough, and when my family returns to Puerto Rico, we will definitely be trying to stay here once again! If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, look no further because this is the place you want to stay!

The house was great and Kristi went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable even when circumstances were way beyond her control. We look forward to coming back again.

Me and my friends had an amazing stay at Monteflores Property. Luis met us at check in and provided an update on every amenity in the beautiful villa. The rooms were big clean and spacious as we had 5 guest stay for my best friends 40th birthday. The location was amazing and private but very secure. The location was so much bigger in person and super clean which we loved. We recommend anyone with a big party to reserve with them you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again for providing an amazing stay and when I come back to Puerto Rico I will absolutely book with them again.

My friends and I came here for spring break, we were a group of 10 and the Airbnb was a comfortable stay. Brian was very helpful and anytime we needed something, he would immediately respond. It was a short walk to the beach (a great spot to watch sunrise) and was also next to many grocery stores. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay, Looked exactly like in the photos and host was responsive. Close to the airport, 10 min drive to the Isla verde beach and 15min drive to Old San Juan. The only disappointment was that there was a power outage in the area for one night ( its out of control by the owner or host) and there was no generator or battery light in the stay. But the host was kind enough to refund for one night. I would suggest the owner or host to add an emergency light for future and also some additional linens or blankets.

Luis and Miguelina are amazing hosts! Our flight got in early and they allowed us to drop off our luggage. Plus the 7 min ride to the airport at 5:00am was nice! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and loved that we could park our rental in the garage. Not to mention the sitting area inside the garage was a nice touch. Cold AC and enjoyed the fact that there was no clutter in the house. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware.

¡Una experiencia increíble! El Airbnb Santorini en Puerto Rico superó mis expectativas. La decoración está inspirada en Grecia, muy elegante y acogedora. Todo estaba limpio, bien equipado y perfecto para relajarse. La ubicación es tranquila y cercana a varios puntos turísticos. El anfitrión fue muy atento y comunicativo. ¡Definitivamente volvería!

The ride to the house was easy and it was very easy to find and easy to make our way inside, parking was very nice gates open and was able to park car inside , inside the home was very homey and spacious and AC was very nice kitchen was nice living room and bedrooms were top notch! I had no complaints it had everything we needed! I even ran into a problem with the key! Messaged the owner and they responded so quickly and say no problem a new key will be comin within the hour and they did not FAUL!! I appreciated it so much very much worth the money and my 5 star rating!
