For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

For you a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and fireplace. Guided tours for Corchia Park, the 2nd biggest cave in Europe, are just 5 minutes away. In addition, you can visit an ancient quick-silver mine, the world's best marble quarries, trek along many wonderful paths around the village of Levigliani

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Excellent starting point for numerous hiking trails. Also available a small outdoor courtyard. In the immediate vicinity is the Archaeological Mining Site of Molinette, Monte Forato, the karst complex of the Antro del Corchia as well as the Mines of the Silver.

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

Ad accogliervi sarà un ambiente circondato dai boschi e lo scorrere dell'acqua che regala anche aria fresca in estat,l'ampio terrazzo attrezzato per pranzi e cena all'aperto . Entrando troverete la sala con tavolo ,divano ,tve camino con attigua la cucina fornita di tutto il necessario (macchina per caffè Nespresso, tostapane, bollitore , forno etc). Salendo le scale si arriva alla zona notte dove troverete due camere matrimoniali ed il bagno completo con doccia.

Piano Terra All’ingresso vi accoglie una cucina attrezzata, perfetta per preparare pasti in piena autonomia. Primo Piano Salendo al primo piano troverete la camera da letto principale, spaziosa e accogliente, dotata di un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Una soluzione perfetta per coppie con bambini o gruppi di amici. Secondo Piano Al secondo piano si trova il bagno, moderno e ben rifinito, dotato di doccia, lavabo, wc e bidet.

Relax e trekking nel cuore dell'Alta Versilia

La nostra Casina, un bellissimo rustico in pietra e legno da poco ristrutturato, è situata in mezzo ai castagni, in una parte di alpeggio del Paese di Retignano. E' dotata di due camere da letto con bagno, una cucina ad uso comune e giardino attrezzato. E' nelle immediate vicinanze della nostra fattoria e di una rete sentieristica cui accedere per raggiungere le vette delle Alpi Apuane e alcuni borghi dell' Alta Versilia.

Borgometato - Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.
