E' arrivata a noi come dono del nonno,con gioia ed impegno l'abbiamo restaurata in maniera conservativa, con un recupero rispettoso dei materiali e degli arredi.Pavimenti in cotto antico e maioliche di Vietri nei bagni e cucina vecchi gradini e soglie di pietra vulcanica,pietre di tufo del vicino Vesuvio . In alcune camere ha travi al soffitto.Conserva il fascino dell'antica dimora ma ha acquisito le comodità moderne
