Adjacent to the house is the delightful, award winning Mercouri Winery, which is open to visitors for tours and tastings.

Η κατοικία βρίσκεται 130 μέτρα από την παραλία. Βρίσκεται σε οικόπεδο μαζί με ένα ακόμη διαμέρισμα που μένουν οι ιδιοκτήτες. Το περιβάλλον είναι οικογενειακό και φιλικό, οι επισκέπτες έχουν την ιδιωτική βεράντα τους ακριβώς μπροστά από την είσοδο της οικίας. Η βεράντα είναι στεγασμένη και περιβάλλεται από κληματαριά και μουριές και διαθέτει BBQ και τραπέζι φαγητού.
