The cabin is remodeled with in floor heating, large deck, fire pit in back ,gas fireplace ,one bedroom 2 pullout sofas in cabin ,more sleeping in bunkhouse,15 mins to Letchworth state park just up the road from Swain ski resort, state land for hiking, kayaking hunting and fishing ,we offer massages,new bunkhouse in garage for skis,a heated space,great for extra guests ,game room,extra sleeping a queen futon couch ,with a single bunk,will sleep 3 ,15 x24 space , the bunkhouse fully heated the place is pet friendly too,There is a creek right beside the cabin relaxing to listen to, new window AC

Front and Center

Warm and cozy home from the turn of the century. Well maintained with all original wood trim. All bedrooms and bath upstairs on second floor. Appliances, dishes and everything you need to make a meal. Open front and back porches and a big back lawn. Short walk to a movie theater, home-made ice cream, great restaurants and a brewery. 20 mins to Letchworth State Park, 15 mins to Silver Lake, 1 1/4 hours to Niagara Falls. Near Class A Trout streams. No extra cleaning fee (just don't leave a mess)

Off Grid Bus at Bright Sky Farm

Unplug- and recharge- in our rustic converted school bus. Swim in the pond, meditate in the garden, pick raspberries and see some of the best night sky viewing around. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

A semi remote, off the grid, newly constructed,comfortable 14' x 24' cabin with a 8' x 14' porch. Solar powered with running hot water and heat. Located on 90 acres of recreational and hunting land. The electricity is sourced from an on-site solar system, with a remote start generator to assure never losing power. This location is for those who are looking for an experience different from the hotel/motel setting. However, still providing all basic amenities Hunting is available.
