This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

In the winter months, bring your snowmobiles to enjoy direct access to hundreds of miles of marked and groomed snowmobile trails including nearby Letchworth State Park.

Countryside farmhouse.

Blair Farmhouse was built over 100 years ago located in the farming community of Nunda, New York. The home has spacious rooms with large windows. Lots of fresh air sleeping in the summer, and a cozy fireplace in the living room during the winter. This is an excellent get away vacation stay. Guests can enjoy the outdoor firepit, while star gazing at night. The house is surrounded by farmland and deer are seen frequently traipsing across the fields to head toward or away from the creek.

Iris cottage is set on a quiet road in WNY just 15 mi. from Letchworth State Park and 5 mi. from Houghton College. Gas fire place greets guests on chilly days and a large deck overlooks woods and Higgins Creek. The kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped. Whether summer or winter this is the perfect place to enjoy WNY nature at its best and get away from it all. 2 bedrooms open to open plan living, kitchen and dining. This location is for those who are looking for an experience different from the hotel/motel setting. However, still providing all basic amenities Hunting is available.
