**Balinese-style house with private pool. One of the most exclusive houses, conceived to guarantee the comfort of the guest. The exterior of walls with right angles and gabled roofs and at different levels. We enter the garden of the house from the back, where we find two porch areas where cars can be parked. We access the house through one of the two doors it has and we find an open-plan dining-living room area with an "office" type kitchen. This space is open to the outside and to the private garden through two large windows that communicate with the terrace, thus creating a feeling of great spaciousness.Two double rooms on the ground floor with two complete bathrooms with shower. On the first floor we find the main room with "en suite" bathroom with shower, it also has a private terrace. All microcement bathrooms, modern, warm. The white furniture and the neutral and welcoming colors give the whole a softness that invites relaxation and rest. It has good thermal and sound insulation, hence the quality of its materials. Villa Muntanya

Villa Muntanya is located in quiet, residential area on the hillside offering fantastic views of the Pyrenees mountains. The outside area is fully equipped with a parasol, table and chairs, sun loungers and a large built in BBQ. The private swimming pool is Roman ended and heated (optional) and is 7 meters by 4 meters it has lighting for late evening use. On the terrace close to the pool there is a Shower with solar heated water supply as well as cold mains supply. There is a large one level terrace surrounding the swimming pool and side of the house, and in addition there is a separate lower garden area which is laid to decking . The whole terrace is enclosed with security gates for children's safety. The garden is beautiful with many plants and trees and is relaxing to stroll around. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ANY payments made with CREDIT or DEBIT card which are subsequently cancelled are subject to a charge equal to the processing fee charged by the payment processing entity.
