El Gavell, Boutique Apartment L'Escala

El Gavell , an ethnic-inspired boutique apartment, with capacity for a maximum of 4 occupants. Located in the heart of L'Escala, a few meters from the “Platja de les Barques”, very close to all the cultural, gastronomic and leisure activities. It has an interior size of 50m2 and a balcony where you can enjoy the outdoors. It has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Very bright rooms, with large windows, decoration in shades of blue and black, along with touches of wood. Very comfortable beds, high quality mattresses. It has a bathroom with Italian shower, spacious, very nice.The kitchen is "office" type, equipped with what is necessary for those who enjoy cooking at home, it opens onto an open plan living-dining room, with a large window leading to the balcony. The entire apartment has very good natural lighting, which helps to highlight its quality finishes and its noble woods. Its natural wood doors stand out, recycled from old Catalan farmhouses. Equipped with centralized air conditioning (hot and cold), 32 ”Smart TV, 3 types of coffee machines, dishwasher, Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation, soundproofed double glass closures, entry by code (non-face check-in), etc…. We have created a space of relaxation, tranquility and comfort, for the enjoyment of our clients. A comfortable apartment with fast WI-FI (fibre-optic) and a personal parking place in the underground parking of the building. It's located in a building on the seafront, in the center and 200 m from the beautiful central sandy beach, 10 min walk to the sandy beach RELS, as well as 20 m from the sea and a small stone beach. The apartment is on the second floor with two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) a living room and a terrace with the seaview. Bed linen and towels are included.

Built in the late 1950's, "Casa Flor" is a detached property, which retains many original and unique features. Located 2 mins walk from Riells Beach and 5 mins walk from the Old Town. The apartment has been decorated using Vintage, Antique and Bespoke pieces created by us. Casa Flor has its's own swimming pool, large garden area's, outside cooking facilities all of which are here for you to enjoy. We live above the apartment, so are here to welcome you and offer useful information on the area.
