Πέτρινη , διώροφη, παραδοσιακή οικία. 1ος όροφος υπνοδωμάτιο με υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι (1,80εκ.) και εσωτερική σκάλα. 2ος όροφος *σαλόνι με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι, τραπεζαρία , κουζίνα, μπάνιο, μπαλκόνι. Το σπίτι από το δεύτερο όροφο έχει υπέροχη θέα στον καστανιώνα. 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του χωριού Δε διαθέτει χώρο στάθμευσης

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Ένα παραδοσιακό αγγειοπλαστείο χτισμένο στις αρχές του περασμένου αιώνα από πέτρα και ξύλο, το διαμορφώσαμε σε μια σύγχρονη κατοικία, διατηρώντας τα παλιά αρχιτεκτονικά χαρακτηριστικά του. Το "Αγγειοπλαστείο" βρίσκεται στον παραθαλάσσιο οικισμό Ασπροπόταμο της Λέσβου, 5 μέτρα από την θάλασσα, στην αρχή μιας φιλόξενης παραλίας μήκους 1500 μέτρων με άμμο και ρηχά, πεντακάθαρα νερά. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα από 4 έως 7 άτομα.
