The studio occupies space on the upper floor of the building, has been recently renovated and boasts a superb location, a stone 's throw from Petra cafes, shops and restaurants, as well unobstructed open view to the sea which is literally at your feet. Είναι καινούριο, σύγχρονο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με θέα την παραλία που βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά από το σπίτι. Παρέχει πρόσβαση σε Wi-Fi. Το σπίτι διαθέτει συνολικά 2 διπλά κρεβάτια και 1 μονό κρεβάτι-καναπέ. Το ένα διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στο υπνοδωμάτιο, το δεύτερο βρίσκεται στην σοφίτα που ανεβαίνεις από την σκάλα και το μονό κρεβάτι-καναπές βρίσκεται στο σαλόνι, όπως ακριβώς φαίνονται και στις φωτογραφίες. Είναι μπροστά στην παραλία του Ταβαρίου. Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα την παραλία.

Απολαύστε τις διακοπές σας στον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο μας. Βρίσκεται στον κόλπο Γέρας, πλάι στη θάλασσα με απέραντη θέα. Ποδηλασία, κολύμπι ,περίπατος ,ψάρεμα ,επαφή με τη φύση μερικές από τις δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται επί του παραλιακού δρόμου Μυτιλήνης Πλωμαρίου. Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .

The Rock

This is a 12sq.m. independent studio and It has a double build in bed. n the studio there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker.There is a small balcony where you may enjoy your coffee watching the ocean. The studio is located in a quiet area at the beachfront of Eressos and it is around 10metres from the water .Also its 50metres away from the first taverna and shops.
