Landscape Lodge is a sanctuary from the speed of life. Built in a small hamlet in the French Alps, it balances outdoor activity with rest & retreat. Bienvenue dans notre spacieux appartement ensoleillé de 3,5 pièces. La terrasse de 13m2 est exposée plein sud, et offre une vue imprenable sur les Alpes vaudoises. Il est complètement meublé et peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Idéalement situé, l’appartement est très proche des commerces et restaurants. Le centre du village se situe à 5 min. à pied et un bus gratuit est à disposition pour vous emmener, en 3 minutes, au départ de la télécabine. Un train à crémaillère relie Leysin à Aigle.

Cosy apartment on the ground floor of a Swiss chalet. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room and an entrance hall. There is a hot tub in the garden surrounded by nature and beautiful mountain views. If you are lucky you can see deer and chamois in the forest below, or even an eagle! TOWELS AND BEDDING INCLUDED 😀 The ski bus stops next to the chalet, or 3 minute drive to Gryon telecabine car park. Free parking bay next to the chalet. NON-SMOKERS ONLY

Chalet Bellavista - a balcony on Swiss Alps

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Nestled on a summer pasture at 1'067m asl , this contemporary chalet is the ideal summer retreat where you can relax, chop wood and enjoy preparing nice meals on a wood burning stove in a generous kitchen. The chalet is fully autonomous with solar charged batteries for electricity, fresh spring water, and a fireplace for heating (basic fire making skills are helpful). Parfait pour couples. Pour plus de 2 pers sur demande. Il dispose d'une chambre (2 pers) et 1 espace ouvert sous la mezzanine avec TV et canapé-lit confortable.

Studio indépendant de 20m² dans un chalet face aux Dents du Midi dans un hameau de 90 habitants, à 700m d altitude, situé sur une propriété familiale. Une place de parc est réservée pour votre véhicule. Cette région offre de magnifiques randonnées en montagne. Nous sommes à 10 minutes des pistes de ski, à 15 min de Villars Sur Ollon, à proximité des Mines de sel de Bex et des bains thermaux de Lavey. 20 minutes du lac Léman, à 45 minutes de voiture de Lausanne.

Superbe appartement neuf et climatisé de 3 chambres à coucher avec grande pièce de vie salon et cuisine équipée, salle de bain (douche à l’italienne à effet pluie), Parking gratuit avec plusieurs places disponibles sur place (possibilité de recharger les voitures électriques). situé dans un cadre idyllique et calme. Toutes les pièces ont une vue sur le lac et un accès direct à la terrasse. Accès proche à l’autoroute, à 10 min de Vevey et 15 min de Montreux.

Appartement l'Arcobaleno

L'appartement fait partie de l'annexe érigée en 1950 au chalet paternel. Ce chalet a été construit en 1850 par mon arrière-grand-père, mes grands-parents y ont vécus et mon papa et sa soeur y sont nés. L'appartement a été rénové de peu, il est meublé simplement et fonctionnellement. Devant le chalet, il y a un terrain gazonné, qui a été longtemps le potager et la seule source de revenu pour ma grand-maman devenue veuve prématurément.
