Studio indépendant de 20m² ( c est petit) dans un chalet face aux Dents du Midi dans un hameau de 90 habitants, à 700m d altitude, situé sur une propriété familiale. Une place de parc est réservée pour vous. Cette région offre de magnifiques randonnées en montagne. Nous sommes à 10 minutes des pistes de ski, à 15 min de Villars Sur Ollon, à proximité des Mines de sel de Bex et des bains thermaux de Lavey. ⚠️Veuillez lire attentivement toutes les informations sur le logement avant de réserver .

Bienvenue dans notre spacieux appartement ensoleillé de 3,5 pièces. La terrasse de 13m2 est exposée plein sud, et offre une vue imprenable sur les Alpes vaudoises. Il est complètement meublé et peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Idéalement situé, l’appartement est très proche des commerces et restaurants. Le centre du village se situe à 5 min. à pied et un bus gratuit est à disposition pour vous emmener, en 3 minutes, au départ de la télécabine. Un train à crémaillère relie Leysin à Aigle.

Cosy apartment on the ground floor of a Swiss chalet. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room and an entrance hall. There is a hot tub in the garden surrounded by nature and beautiful mountain views. If you are lucky you can see deer and chamois in the forest below, or even an eagle! TOWELS AND BEDDING INCLUDED 😀 The ski bus stops next to the chalet, or 3 minute drive to Gryon telecabine car park. Free parking bay next to the chalet. NON-SMOKERS ONLY

Nestled on a summer pasture at 1'067m asl , this contemporary chalet is the ideal summer retreat where you can relax, chop wood and enjoy preparing nice meals on a wood burning stove in a generous kitchen. The chalet is fully autonomous with solar charged batteries for electricity, fresh spring water, and a fireplace for heating (basic fire making skills are helpful). Parfait pour couples. Pour plus de 2 pers sur demande. Il dispose d'une chambre (2 pers) et 1 espace ouvert sous la mezzanine avec TV et canapé-lit confortable.

Que vous veniez pour skier, randonner ou simplement respirer l’air pur des Alpes, ce studio est le lieu idéal pour se ressourcer à deux.

Appartement l'Arcobaleno

L'appartement fait partie de l'annexe érigée en 1950 au chalet paternel. Ce chalet a été construit en 1850 par mon arrière-grand-père, mes grands-parents y ont vécus et mon papa et sa soeur y sont nés. L'appartement a été rénové de peu, il est meublé simplement et fonctionnellement. Devant le chalet, il y a un terrain gazonné, qui a été longtemps le potager et la seule source de revenu pour ma grand-maman devenue veuve prématurément.

Get a change of scenery and come and discover our beautiful mountains. On the lower floor of the chalet, we offer a very nice apartment. It includes a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with a large shower, a small and well-equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. On the ground floor a furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the Alps, located due south, on the edge of the forest, very quiet.
