Artist studio at Montmatre

Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

SPACE! to breath & relax! Unique Loft by the Canal

Beautiful and carefully designed and equipped loft very close the the trendy Canal Saint Martin. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, like Wifi, TV, big kitchen, comfortable bathroom, a lot of space to relax. Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves. The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. Not good for events or parties.

Magic loft in a private green courtyard

Loft with very high ceiling and a private outdoor in a courtyard garden. The private outdoor is private and is for now partially accessible for the winter season 2024- Next to the Canal st Martin. Ideal for singles or looking for nature and quiet in the city, couples on a romantic getaway. loft is fully equipped, to cook- a block away from the tube. With a bed loft, view on trees, you can hear the leaves when you wake up. No film crew or photoshoot allowed- thk you.

Grand studio sur cour situé dans le 9ème arrondissement, refait à neuf et décoré avec goût. Une fois passé le porche, vous arriverez sur une cour calme et ensoleillée. Un loft très spacieux, confortable, refait à neuf, doté des meilleurs équipements (cuisine équipée, home cinema, chaîne hifi, fibre...) situé aux Lilas à 50 mètres de la station Serge Gainsbourg (Ligne 11) qui dessert Belleville, République et Châtelet. Notez qu'à l'entrée de l'immeuble, une petite marche de 20 centimètres peut rendre difficile l'accès aux personnes à mobilité réduite. On a hâte de vous accueillir <3

L’idée pour la construction de cet appartement est basé sur le principe écologique et la meilleure qualité possible. Pour la santé et au bien-être de ses occupants. Les matériaux utilisés sont naturels, bois, métal, laine de bois pour l’isolation et peintures biologiques. Une partie des matériaux ont été récupèré et restauré, les poutres en chêne, les portes et les radiateurs entre autres.
