Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

The living room/kitchenette withg gaz stove is on the ground floor (tiles) on the 1st floor is the carpeted bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Fantastic view on the lake and Alps. Separate entrance, access to the garden. Outdoor furniture. Included tourist tax , Montreux card, Wifi, parking, etc. Possibility to lodge a 3rd person, preferably a family member. Flat not suitable for small children.

The place is ideal for combining hikes and discovering the Lake Geneva region. We speak French, German, English (breakfast included ).

Les libellules

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

Chalet sur deux étàges privés 260m2

Bienvenue à notre chalet situe à 1120 m d'altitude, quartier calme, avec label Minergie dans un cadre verdoyant et loin du bruit de la grand ville que vous permettrons de passer de vacances reposantes. Point de départ pour de magnifiques randonnées en montagne ou un forêt , vers le sommet de Rochers de Naye, La Dent de Jaman. Il faut s'attendre à une route de montagne , pour les personnes qui n'ont pas l'habitude de rouler sur une route un peu escarpé.

Confort douillet et le lac Léman comme panorama.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

With its terrace hidden from view, you can enjoy the panoramic views while having a meal. Jacuzzi option: If you wish to use the Jacuzzi, we ask for a supplement of 100 CHF for the entire stay (included: (chemical, energy, hot and clean water).
