alles gut. die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. es gibt zuverlässiges und schnelles Internet :) die Lage ist ruhig und sicher. und es gibt zwei süße Katzen zum Spielen.

court séjour d'une nuit dans cet établissement mais tout s'est bien passé. le jardin est très agréable. nous reviendrons sûrement quand nous repasserons par Léon

My husband, our friends and our kids stayed at Jared and Jenn's for 3 days. The property is amazing, with a path right from the back door to the beach and beautiful tide pools up and down the beach that are great for kids, it was much safer than other open ocean areas. It was very clean when we checked in, Fran is amazing and so kind. Emir was great and found fresh fish for us in the village each day. Wifi was good and air conditioners were well maintained and cold.You will need a high clearance vehicle like a truck or SUV to get back to the house, it's an undeveloped road but it wasn't any issue with our truck and it's only 1km. You walk from the house along the beach to the center of El Transito in about 30-40 minutes. After being in El Transito one night, I see why the road is like that, it keeps the beach where the house is super clean, quiet, and uncrowded. You can't hear the music from town, just waves and birds during the day. We'll be back, such a special spot!!

beautiful cozy place and easy to find ! I would stay again at this place. My only recommendation is the staff should clean the Fortnite inside rooms. The cabinets had dust and items from previous owner ( I am not sure) and more towels would have been helpful Communicated to the owner regarding lack of batteries as some of the TV and AC controller didn't have batteries but didn't get a response, but we did a response when one of the AC unit were not working. Overall , good experience, but there is room for improvement

Nos encantó! En lo personal tiene una decoración sumergida en un estilo mediterráneo con una mezcla de casa de campo. Es sencilla y a la vez con clase. Con espacios y ambientes muy bien definidos que permiten realizar actividades varias. La zona circular para fogata es para infarto así como la terraza frontal y la sala para compartir. El a. Eso es rápido, a pocos minutos de la ciudad de Esteli , esto permite que se pueda gozar de un ambiente tranquilo y privado. Sus anfitriones poseen una calidad humana increíble y ese es un plus agregado al servicio de Airbnb. Me apunto para una nueva visita!!! Laura es encantadora en su trato y el personal con esa humildad que destila hospitalidad. Así que…. Recomendado!!!

This place is incredible, such amazing hosts, great little fishing village, and beautiful views. If you want to get away from the cities and stay in a simple, but beautiful, bungalow, this is your spot! I had the pleasure of being the first guest in the newly built bungalow, and I enjoyed my time there immensely. I hope I can visit again in the future!

Louise es una co- anfitriona Excepcional, he utilizado mucho esta app y ella es la mejor. Me encanto el lugar, es la playa con el amanecer mas hermosa, la bocana rodeada de manglares es divina. la Cabaña frente a la playa y tan bonito, ordenado y fresco. Amamos este lugar, volveremos, nos sentimos en casa y Louise es un ser de Luz, con mucha calidez y muy servicial, sentí que no me queria ir del lugar.Hermoso lugar, tengo que volver.
