Welcome to Evans Lake Waterfront in Irish Hills! This lake retreat features a private beach and is minutes from Wampler's and Sand Lake. Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor home sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly abode. A one and two person kayak are included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of the lake and the woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available. Sit on the dock and enjoy the amazing sunsets.

Sussex House

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a private gravel drive, in a peaceful setting. Wildlife can often be spotted in the large yard or wooded area. The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. Many stores, restaurants, lakes, and entertainment options are close by. The Kiwanis biking/walking trail connects right here.

Songbird Cottage

Escape the hustle and bustle. Come relax in our cozy tiny house on our little farmette where we raise a few goats and retail handcrafted patio furniture. Wake up to views of the surrounding fields, take a walk in our garden or enjoy relaxing in our gliders on the porch. Located between Hillsdale and Adrian - only 10 miles for Adrian College, 17 miles from Michigan International Speedway and 22 miles from Hillsdale College. Glad to see that you will be visiting our cabin! It is a serene and charming step away from the busy world. Information on hiking trails, local events, and eateries in the area are listed in the cabin. A grill is available, and also on the deck is a clawfoot bathtub and outside shower (closed now because of colder weather!) There is a shower in the cabin, too. Be sure to be on the lookout for the wildlife in the area!!
