Welcome to Evans Lake Waterfront in Irish Hills! This lake retreat features a private beach and is minutes from Wampler's and Sand Lake. Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor home sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

Perfectly situated just steps away from Devils & Round Lakes, with access to both & a shared dock on Devils. Enjoy serene views of the lakes from the front porch to the back yard. Perfect lake getaway for any season. Boasts a spacious first-floor bedroom and full bath. Three bedrooms upstairs with plenty of room for family, friends & fun. Can sleep 9 comfortably with extra space for 4 more. Coffee bar, full kitchen and laundry room. Everything you need to feel at home and relax!(NOT LAKEFRONT)

Cozy Carriage House At the Lake

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly abode. A one and two person kayak are included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of the lake and the woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available. Sit on the dock and enjoy the amazing sunsets.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place on Wamplers Lake with extensive lakefront property to enjoy the lake. Lake is very ideal for swimming/sunbathing/boating with a sandy bottom- ideal for children. A dock is present if guests choose to bring a boat/ Jet ski or float toys. Parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Lakefront seating includes 1 large 10ft picnic table/ large wooden swing, 2 tanning chairs, 1 additional 3-person swing and 5 single chairs. Charcoal grill/firepit available.

Evans Lake is a private all-sports lake with a sandy bottom-making it a perfect place to unwind from your routine. Welcome to The Lake Affect.

Sleeps up to 10 guests (2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and Twin bunk). This house has everything - bring the s'mores! Please note: a minimum age requirement of 25 is required to rent.

Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.
