Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed, guest robes, slippers, travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

Robin's Nest is a private, self-contained ground floor annexe with it's own gated entrance. There is an ensuite bedroom with King-size bed and hypoallergenic bedding, tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge and TV, overhead fan/light plus Wifi access. The bathroom has a large deluxe walk in shower, comfort height WC and wash basin. Easy access by train (15 min walk) into Central London/Luton Airport and a charming High Street only 10 min walk away with cafes, restaurants and shops.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
