Just minutes from 3 public beaches, and fantastic restaurants on the island. Unit #1 Beach cottage very private and quiet, has a full kitchen, King bed in the master and queen sofa bed in the tv room, very comfortable, fast WiFi, AC & heat. All you need to relax and just have fun. Outdoor shower and laundry area, Private parking, Enjoy amazing sunsets/fishing/and restaurants and bars, all walking distance to the beach and bay. Kayaks/snorkel gear/beach toys are included. So start enjoying the beautiful sandy beach on Manasota Key, Lots of sea life and turtles.

Manasota Beach Home w/heated pool walk to beach

Custom built large home only 2 blocks to Manasota Beach. Most guests walk and a beach wagon is provided. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Venice and Englewood. Very large and private lot with beautiful mature palms! The home has tray and soaring vaulted ceilings. The whole home opens up onto the pool area with sliders in every room. The bedrooms are configured in a split style with the very large master suite being totally private. Rare beach home for rent left!

Bring your boat (boat ramp is located in the neighborhood), bathing suits, beach towels and sunscreen. We have the rest ready for you.

Waterfront Getaway, a Boating Paradise

Visualize it this way, you can drop your boat in across the street at the public boat ramp, and store your trailer behind the property and dock your boat steps from our place. Just grab your cooler and sunscreen and head out for a day of fishing or to the sandbar. Guests have use of the entire house on the canal. It’s super convenient to drop in and go!
