Walk to restaurants and waterfront, 2 story unit with main living downstairs, upstairs a king size bed, seating unit with view of Cape Fear River bridge. Bar on 5th floor to party then to condo, can get very, very loud especially the weekends- late evening into 2 AM. Don't book if it will bother you. Ear plugs provided/sound machine, paid parking garage. Live Oak Bank Pavilion 22 min walk. No smoking, vaping or drugs.

A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.
