Create unforgettable memories our unique house. Our villa is located in the Ondarreta area, 2 minutes walking from the beach. It has 5 rooms (1 double bed, 2 single bed, 1 with two single beds, 1 single with bunk beds). It has a private garden and furnished terrace. The neighborhood is full of parks, bars and shops. Our house is very well connected, only 1 minute walking to arrive the entrance of the Miramar Palace, an icon of San Sebastián from where you can contemplate the bay of La Concha.

Beautiful villa in unique surroundings.

Preciosa villa de 3 plantas, con garaje para 2 coches y jardín, con un total de mas de 500 m2 útiles. La casa está a estrenar, las habitaciones son muy amplias y luminosas, cada una cuenta con su propio baño. Gran sala de estar con salida a la terraza. Situada frente el puerto deportivo de orio, a 500m de la playa y a dos minutos de la salida de la autopista. A 7 minutos en coche del centro de San Sebastián, a 5 minutos de Zarauz y a 25 km del aeropuerto y de Francia.
