Leith is famous for its community feeling and openness and has a diverse range of pubs, cafes and restaurants along the entire strip. The scenic Shore area is a ten minute walk away. The Edinburgh trams now run a service direct from Edinburgh Airport to the apartment. The stop is at the Foot of the Walk, less than 3 minutes away. The trams also stops near both city centre train stations.

The flat is a minute walk from the famous Shore with its bars and restaurants, and close to parks and playgrounds.
