Welcome to my beautiful, tranquil and spacious flat in the heart of Leith. My apartment is newly decorated and fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. It has been designed and curated to include all my favourite things for you to enjoy! A 10 minute walk to central Edinburgh, and a 2 minute walk from the tram stop, the flat is well connected. The neighbourhood itself is gorgeous, trendy and hip - with lots of independent restaurants, coffee and brunch spots you can explore.

Flat you will have on your own. 20 minute walk to Edinburgh Waverly Station. 5 minute walk to great cafés, restaurants and bars on Leith walk. Parking charges Mon-Fri 8:30 - 17:30 Trams stop a five minute walk. Will take you to most places in Edinburgh (including airport) One room will be locked but unoccupied. Close enough for the lively nightlife and Edinburgh Festival events, but not on a main road so peaceful. Check in times can be adjusted. Depends on bookings. Contact me for info.

It's found in a Victorian building dated 1888, on a quiet cul-de-sac street only 7 minutes walk from Holyrood Palace. Recently renovated, the flat boasts some of its original features, such as 19th century floorboards, exposed brick walls and a woodburning stove. Decorated with a taste for vintage, it features a main bedroom, box room, open plan kitchen and living room and 1 bathroom.

This recently upgraded property is located in the Newhaven area of Edinburgh with spectacular views of the Firth of Forth. Offering a small private south facing sitting area where you can enjoy al fresco dining with access to a larger communal garden Convenientally located close to bus stop for airport bus and also buses to the city. There are a number of quality bars restaurants and cafes in the close vicinity of the apartment. There is an supermarket only a ten minute walk away.

Charismatic and delightful apartment

Traditional Edinburgh tenement flat located on the second floor and recently refurnished. Accommodation comprises of hall, bedroom with kingsize bed, lounge/kitchen with original wooden floors and bathroom with shower (central heating and double glazed). Leith Walk has a wealth of independent cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, combined with charity and second hand clothes, books, music and furniture shops! We’re also on the tram route so easy access direct from the airport ☺️
