Enjoy coastal walks, Blue-Flag sea swimming and green open spaces. The kayaking centre just 2 mins walk away offers organised sea kayaking trips where you can explore coastline and meet the famous Dalkey seals. Only 15 min bus journey or 5 min train (DART) journey to the city centre. A 5 minute walk from St Anne’s Park & close to Howth & Malahide. Parking available.

Our en-suite bedroom with private entrance is all yours. It is a bright guest room with your very own bathroom and shower. Our home is located 3 to 4 km south-east of Dublin's city centre. We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.

Within 20mins you will be in Glendalough with incredible walks like The Spinc. Russborough House and Parklands is 15 mins drive away. Delicious food can be found all with in 15 mins, The Hollywood Inn, The Ballymore Inn and The Poulaphouca House and Falls. Hollywood has a gorgeous cafe and flower shop offering beautiful gifts.
