Or if you prefer privacy, no-one will bother you in your own sunny courtyard.

We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.
