A hidden gem in the heart of the national forest. A stylish 1 bedroom self contained apartment with fully kitted open plan kitchen, tea/coffee and nespresso machine, hairdryer, 2 x TV, ironing board and iron. This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

After our storming success for 6 years with our cosy Hayloft Apartment, we have totally refitted the bathroom, installed a brand new kitchen and added a single bedroom / study. Fresh paint, blinds and carpets throughout! Guests have dedicated parking [Now with EV Charging] a private patio for sunny breakfasts, lunches or sundowners. This is a self-contained place next to the main house. The location is at end of a farm track in quiet secluded hamlet - Burton Bandalls (on the B676, Loughborough Rd between Prestwold & Cotes). 5 min drive / 20 min walk to Prestwold Hall. 5 min drive to Loughborough Railway station. 10 min drive to Loughborough University. 10 min drive to Great Central Steam Railway. 25 mins to East Midlands airport, 30 mins to Leicester, 30 mins to Nottingham, 45 mins to NEC and 60 mins to Birmingham.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Homely Character Cottage In Castle Donington

Rose Cottage is our 1680’s cottage set in the heart of the the Castle Donington conservation area. Easily accessible from from the M1, M/A42, or A50, and close by to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park race track. Only a minutes walk to the Village centre and a choice of restaurants, bars and pubs. This cosy cottage has all that you might need to have a lovely break. We live nearby, and will be on hand to help with anything you may need.

Beautiful Conversion in Rutland Countryside

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.

Private Annex near Melton Mowbray

Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
