This unit open plan to bedroom, king sized bed, wardrobe, dresser, free view TV, Spacious bathroom, large walk-in shower, wash-basin and WC. Sitting/dining area with table, sofa bed & second free view TV, adjoining a kitchenette, ceramic hob, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cupboards, crockery and utensils. Tiny House Trailer by quiet river

Designed and built by me and my sons and grandson in 2016, this Tiny House Trailer overlooks the River Wreake and the grazing pastures beyond. It has a long double bunk bed with a generous single bed beneath. It has a deck over Composting toilet just outside, plus a conventional toilet and shower close by. Camp kitchen available 10 metres away, with basic cooking facilities. We have recently added 240v power for lights and a fan heater but you can still use the 12v lights and the wood stove

A charming mid terrace two double bedroom cottage in Gotham village. 20 minutes from sporting and entertainment venues and Nottingham city centre. Easy access for local universities with excellent local transport. East Midlands Airport and Donington Park are 30 minutes away. The cottage has an open plan sitting room with log burner, stone floor kitchen. Upstairs bathroom with toilet, two double bedrooms one king size bed and one queen size. Ample parking. Small courtyard garden.

The Stable House, Park House 4 bedrooms

Park House is part of the west wing of The Stable House (our family home), a Victorian stable block built 1888, and converted into a family home in 1970. The house sits in 20 acres of garden, fields and woodland including a Victorian kitchen garden. It is completely self-contained and comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10; a large hallway, spacious kitchen, comfy sitting room and utility with separate toilet. It's very quiet with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

Within easy reach of Drayton Manor and Thomas Land via the M42. Bumble Cottage is less than a mile from Conkers. A home from home at the heart of the New National Forest.
