The Nook Cosby Village

This well presented traditional terrace property is located in the heart of Cosby Village overlooking the stunning little brook, South Leicestershire countryside. The property comprises of a downstairs living room with an electric fire, Sky Tv and Wireless internet, and a fully equiped kitchen diner. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with the option of a King Size bed or 2 x Single beds and large wardrobe, a single bedroom with 1 x single bed, clothes storage and an office desk, and a family bathroom with rain shower. There is an option to sleep a fourth Person on the downstairs sofa bed. PARKING There is FREE parking to the front of the property on a very quiet slip road, although you may have to give way to the ducks from time to time !!! AMENITIES Within immediate walking distance of the house there is the Cosby Golf Course, local village pub 'The Bull's Head, a Butchers Shop, Cafes, Hairdressers, Indian & Chinese Restaurants, a Fish & Chips Shop, Off-License & Co-Op Convenience Store. Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.
