perfect place in the middle of a whole variety of things. ian is very helpful with the area and all its attractions. the apartment itself is kept very clean and stocked. perfect for a weekend trip for 2 and with a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance definitely a solid stay.

This was a great place to stay you can walk 10 minutes to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I was here in the winter and it was great, but I am sure there is even more going on in the summer months.

Annette’s space was beautifully decorated and in a great location. The parking garage was convenient and once parked we walked to everywhere during our visit. The lobby and building were being renovated so we never saw the gym or pool but the new tile downstairs will be great once it is finished. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Wonderful stay at Jaynes beautiful home. Description and photos were accurate and the home provided all the essentials we needed. House was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

I have stayed in many AirBnB's when I have been visiting my daughter at Brown. it is just me and sometimes my daughter sleeps over. I like a well organized place with clear instructions and everything in its place. This unit was perfect. Completely new remodel and great location. Cozy and well organized. Full Five Stars!

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

This was the perfect place to stay for our visit to West Springfield. It had everything we needed and Vasily was super helpful with any questions and provided super clear instructions. 10/10 do recommend.

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

This beautiful home is all you could ask for in a peaceful getaway. Every room was immaculate. Warm and inviting, it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Lauren's proactive communication put us at ease before we even arrived. Detailed entry instructions (with pictures!) made sure this was a stress-free process every step of the way. Every room was spotless and cozy. The pictures capture the rooms accurately, but they could d never show the hundreds of thoughtful touches that make this feel like home away from home. We loved the layout and only wish we had more time there. Whether watching a movie by the fireplace or eating dinner in the dinning room, this place was perfection. We spent a day in Concord and days in Boston and this location is ideally situated to explore both. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to go back. We will definitely be visiting our family again and now are thrilled to know we have a wonderful Airbnb to stay at while visiting. It has all the amenities you might need and more, as well as entertainment, such as games, TV, and children’s outdoor and indoor activities. We will be back to visit before long. On a visit to UConn, this was the perfect place to stay- 10 minutes from campus, close to restaurants and stores, and fully stocked kitchen with all amenities. While we were only there for one night, check-in, check-out, and communication made it seamless. The house is very cute with lots of places to sleep, and great for families.

We stayed at Maria's for three nights. The house is clean, has plenty of space, and has everything you need. Comfortable beds, plenty of plates and glasses. Walgreens and Walmart are nearby. Providence is also easy to reach. There is a parking lot right by the house. Check-in is extremely straightforward, and Maria is always available and responds very quickly. You receive precise instructions for check-in. If we were to travel to Providence again, we would stay with Maria again.

My family and I had a great stay at Shawn’s place. The house was clean, newly updated, and fit our needs just fine. There was a mostly fenced in yard in the back which was great for the dog and we enjoyed on a nice afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised how close it was to everything. It was 5 mins to the train station and about a 30 minute train ride to north station. Aside from Boston, we found all sorts of things to do in the nearby surroundings including arcades, plenty of restaurants and the zoo. The nearby park, lake, and playground were a big hit with the kids. We would recommend to anyone looking to be accessible to Boston but also have a suburban experience and access to everything MA has to offer. We look forward to coming back!

The house is beautiful, with a fully stocked and clean kitchen. The back yard is large and the house has yard games. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are perfect. Our family had a fun a relaxing week. Peter, our host had great suggestions for dinner and groceries. Close to many activities. We shopped, hiked, played games, walked the neighborhood, and relaxed in the house. Great week!

Such a cute place to stay! Walkable to downtown as well as Brown University. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property was clean and beautiful. As others mentioned, we could hear the renters upstairs, but this should be expected for any similar home. It had so much character. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the amazing shower! Fellow women with different types of showers, this is the everything shower DREAM! But don’t want to wash your hair? There are 3 shower heads so you can avoid the waterfall shower head. Legit using this shower as inspiration for our bathroom remodel we were already planning!

We loved our stay in Arlington. The home was spacious and nicely laid out. It was a bonus that the location is super walkable! A block from great restaurants, coffee and ice cream and a couple more blocks to the grocery and playgrounds. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions.

We loved Shiela’s place! It was the perfect spot that was centrally located and the rooms / bathrooms / living area were a great place to hang out and sleep!

I had the pleasure of staying at the place owned by Gladys, and it was an unforgettable experience. When I arrived late at night, Gladys came to ensure my comfort and make me feel welcome. She greeted me warmly and even provided a snack, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. I was staying at Gladys's place because of my research internship at UMass, and her hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. She genuinely cared about my comfort and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the most memorable gestures was when she brought a Christmas tree to the apartment, adding a festive and cozy touch to the space. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Everything including the kitchen was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and well-maintained. What truly set this accommodation apart was the personal touch that Gladys brought to the experience. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel like more than just a guest; I felt like a valued friend.

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

Great for a family trip out to explore Boston! Had in-laws, kids, and a baby in the house and everyone was comfortable! It was great to have coffee pods available and some water bottles upon arrival. Krishna had great communication and the area was fun to walk around. Try the butternut bakery, tatte coffee shop, and the pizza across the street.
