Keep it simple at this peaceful downtown Tempe guest house. Enjoy 10% off for stays of a week or more and 20% for stays over 28 days. It's walking distance to Mill Avenue shops and restaurants, and ASU. Park off street and access through your own entrance. The kitchen has a two hob induction stovetop and a microwave convection oven combo if you want to eat in. A private patio with a gas grill is also available for your use. Shaded Pool! 3 Bedroom Getaway Near Downtown Tempe

This unique stay is great for those who want to relax or work while exploring central Tempe. The main feature is a pool (heated) with an outdoor shower. The house has 3 rooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin daybed with a twin trundle that lays flat on the ground). There are two desks for those who want to work remotely . We are located 10 minutes drive from ASU and Mill Avenue (downtown Tempe). South Mountain < 10 minutes away, Sky Harbor Airport <15 minutes. No more than 6 guests at the house.

Judith's centrally located, charming Tempe house

Home has a heated pool! (If the listing price is less then $200.00 per night during the winter months) the use of the heated pool will have an additional cost. The home is local 6 miles from Sky Harbor airport. The neighborhood is in a relaxed, diverse and family oriented area of Tempe. The heart of Tempe and ASU are minutes away! Also located close to the Anahiem Angels spring training games! Quick acess to several freeways! Lots of restaurants, several malls and movie theaters close by!

Wonderful Legacy Golf Resort- Studio

The Legacy Resort is an oasis of green at the base of Phoenix’s scenic and well known South Mountain. Spacious Studio suite equipped with a king bed and one queen sleeper sofa. The Potters Cove (Studio)

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just a 10 minute distance from the airport this perfect little studio is a great getaway! You have your own little patio to enjoy the weather outside. A comfy queen size bed with beautiful sky lights above make for a serene restful place. This space is quiet and private meaning you will not share the space with others but it is connected to a main house. You have your own private side gate entrance.
