Cozy cottage on Weiss Lake with lake access from April to October (with large dock.) The four seasons porch overlooks the lake during full pool (Mid to Late April- Mid October) and a sun porch overlooks the front garden. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths which sleeps 6 adults comfortably. The home is decorated in a cottage style. Full kitchen and bathrooms stocked with towels. Home has a strict NO SMOKING policy and pets are not allowed without prior approval (fee will apply).

Coyote’s Cabin Treehouse is 224 sq ft that sits up high on a bluff with Scarham creek below. Hot tub sits overlooking the creek. There’s no TV or WIFI. We only offer the noise of nature. Please note: this is a smoke free ( including marijuana) , pet free and no children allowed. Please respect our home. If you must smoke, please do so outside and away from the door and bring a butt can with you. I always offer discount stays on my excellent guest at any of my stays

Renovated in June 2025, to include a full kitchen, this quiet, wooded property is .5 miles from DeSoto Falls, 7 miles from the Mentone town center, .5 miles from Shady Grove Dude Ranch, and adjacent to Fernwood of Mentone. The properties of Mountain Laurel Inn lie on the outskirts of DeSoto State Park, and offer easy access to trails and hiking.

Mountain Lake Villa

A tiny home that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.
