The farmhouse was exactly what we needed for a quick "meet in the middle" get-together with our kids that are now living in Ottawa and Toronto. Denise was an excellent host and the farmhouse has absolutely everything, really. It is the most well equipped Airbnb that we have stayed at. Denise was very accommodating as we had left the birthday cake behind and had to return well after our checkout to retrieve it. It was just too bad we only had the one night!

This is our second time at this Airbnb. It’s in a wonderful location, so close to downtown. The house is clean and spacious, and you can’t beat having 2.5 bathrooms.

If you’re looking to recharge and reconnect this is an amazing place to stay. Internet availability but free of TV and in a quiet, private lot in Prince Edward county, close to the main city so easy to pick up any needed supplies and very close to a distillery and brewery. The host is very responsive and the unit is as advertised. We had a wonderful stay and would consider coming back and recommending to others.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

June & Mark are fantastic hosts! They are very proactive and communicative making each step very easy. Their home is lovely and comfortable, and it was impeccably clean! The multiple bedrooms all with comfortable beds made this perfect for our group of 6. I highly recommend their Airbnb for your travels. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

I was taken aback at the attention to detail with the actual amenities that are available from staples in the kitchen, cooking utensils, loaded utility closets, utility drawers (flashlights, batteries, duct tape) bathroom essentials, laundry, sewing kit, lint rollers, EVERYTHING! I stayed three weeks and cooked full meals, was thrilled to have a dishwasher and dining table. I enjoyed a thoroughly comfortable stay in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Would love to stay again in the summer so I could use the grill! Thank you Dana!

Third stay at Butternut Bay, and it truly does feel like a home away from home. We have such special family memories because of Butternut Bay and its owner, first Jeanne, and now Meagan who is continuing her legacy--and it really does feel like that. Meagan cares that your time at Butternut is one you will remember. We thoroughly enjoyed her sharing of the St Lawrence Seaway map online, so we were able to track and learn more about the ships that were passing, day and night! Trevor’s place was exceptional. It was cozy, had ambience, a stocked kitchen, and beautifully decorated. It was central to going around to local wineries and breweries or driving to Wellington, sandbanks or picton. Trevor was a great host, communication was fast and easy, he was always easy to reach and responsive and able to answer our questions. We will be back!

Anna was so helpful and friendly and provided so many great recommendations for our stay. The property is magnificent and was furnished with everything we needed to enjoy and fun and relaxing stay. Great location. We would definitely book again!

Jay was a great host. Since I was a new profile, we went through a vetting process, including sharing my LinkedIn profile, but after that, everything went smoothly. The property is beautiful, with a lot of personality, especially when you look down into the kitchen from the main family room. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, cutlery, cookware, and spices for meals, and has a fantastic stove. Some dials were finicky, and the middle grill burner wasn’t working, but we still made it work. The hot tub was perfect for the cold weather, and we appreciated the pool towels provided. We also enjoyed the Christmas decorations upon arrival. Overall, we loved our stay—the place had so much charm. On a final note, we’d definitely visit again. If the mattresses were replaced with higher-quality ones, something more comfortable, it would elevate the experience.

absolutely picture perfect cottage right on the lake. lots of bedrooms and living room space. couldn't ask for a better view from the hot tub. Heather was provided all the details to ensure check-in was smooth. Everything was organized and labeled so we didn't feel intimidated by the size of the place and was able to feel at home from the 1st day. we didn't bring our kids this time but would love to come back with little ones as there are gates to the deck/hot tub area + everything kids would need already in the house.

We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! From the moment I inquired about their house, they were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We had a prolonged stay to watch World Juniors hockey and had two families staying at the house. It was great that the basement had two bedrooms and a full bath with their own living room. It helps to have your own space sometimes! Every amenity and kitchen tool you can think of was available. The hot tub was a great addition after we booked! Everything was clean when we got there and very easy to checkin. The craft room was a great feature! There was a great selection of games to choose from as well! Would highly recommend staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Bertrand’s place is located in a very quiet area surrounded with forest. We had a great Easter weekend at their place.

Davids place was beautiful and made for an enjoyable stay for our group visit. He was responsive and provided all additional details both in our chats as well as leaving a small booklet in the cottage itself highlighting places of interest nearby. The firepit and the gazebo are the most impressive parts of the property. Wifi coverage inside the cottage was fantastic and was very useful for any further research since the cellular network coverage is spotty at best. Bon Echo is just about a 20 minute drive away and there are more places within a 1 hour radius though we chose to mostly have a leisurely time on the property itself. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, private fun time in the middle of nature.

Such a unique stay! The school was easy to get into and find our classroom (even though we arrived late at night), and we loved falling asleep with the windows open to the sound of crickets. It was exactly like the description, with everything we needed (including coffee creamer, which was a really nice touch!). The beds were comfy, we could not hear the other classroom renters, and everything was clean. It is a quick 10 min walk into the little town, and PECish bakery was divine. It was also nice and close to Sandbanks Provincial Park, with a beautiful 15min drive through the country side. Everyone loved the giant chalkboard! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at John’s and Laurene’s place ! It was truly a hideaway, quite peaceful. The sauna was such a relaxing touch after a day of exploring. The host provided clear and detailed instructions, making everything so easy and stress-free. I can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended.

Perfect sleeps were had, kitchen was well equipped for all the late night creations, comfy reading spots throughout the home. Comfort levels were absolutely met! We enjoyed it immensely and can't wait to stay again soon.

We had a great time at Breathe Vacation Rental’s unit. It was very clean and as expected. Very nice to have a pet friendly place steps from the ski hill. We will definitely be renting again in the future!
